Lousy...

what do you do when you feel lousy? scream, yell, kick up a fuss? or whisk out the pen and diary and start penning away? or rather, in this new technology era, vent your lousy feelings onto the keyboard and let your fingers do the talking? how bout writing a letter to yourself? can writing be a therapy too?

i guess so, esp if a person doesn't have anyone to talk to... a bottled up volcano is never a very good idea i guess. what do you do when doubt start infecting your heart and mind? how to overcome it? how to make that damn cough go away? challenges, obstacle... pple say they are just a process... a process to make you stronger...

i always tell myself that i will become stronger every time my tears tumble down..
